By downloading, accessing, or using Countup • Events Tracker (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the App immediately.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
The App is provided for personal and non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
The App offers premium features through a subscription model. Payments are handled through the respective app store and are subject to their terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as determined by the app store policies.
You agree to use the App lawfully and responsibly. You must not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the App.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including but not limited to its design, code, and branding, belong to 9arch OÜ.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 9arch OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in Estonian courts.
